1. Agreement to Terms
By installing and using the Super Programmatic SEO plugin (“the Service”), operated by Defin Azul, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Super Programmatic SEO is a native WordPress plugin designed for high-volume content automation. The Service includes:
- Automated programmatic article generation.
- Google Indexing API integration.
- Automated internal linking and SEO optimization.
- Integration with Pexels and other media APIs.
3. The “BYOK” (Bring Your Own Key) Model
Unlike “all-in-one” platforms, Super Programmatic SEO operates on a Bring Your Own Key basis.
- External Costs: You are responsible for all costs incurred through third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic).
- Direct Relationship: Your relationship with AI providers is independent of Defin Azul. We are not responsible for billing issues, API rate limits, or account terminations by these third parties.
4. Founding Member & Lifetime Licenses
- LTD Access: The “Founding Member” or “Lifetime Deal” (LTD) grants you access to all current and future PRO features for a one-time payment.
- Duration: “Lifetime” refers to the operational life of the product. In the event of product discontinuation, Defin Azul will provide a 90-day notice and a final stable version of the software.
5. Subscription & Usage Limits
To ensure infrastructure stability and follow Google’s best practices, usage is capped by plan:
- Starter: 50 articles/month.
- Growth: 150 articles/month.
- Agency/Founding Member: 300 articles/month. We reserve the right to monitor usage to prevent system abuse.
6. Content Ownership & Responsibility
- Ownership: You own 100% of the content generated by the plugin on your WordPress site.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publication. Defin Azul is not liable for inaccuracies, copyright issues, or legal claims arising from published content.
7. No Guarantee of SEO Results
While our tool uses advanced SEO patterns and the Google Indexing API, Defin Azul does not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic volume, or indexing success. Google’s algorithms are proprietary and external to our control.
8. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.
- Create spam farms that violate Google Search Essentials.
- Reverse-engineer the plugin’s core logic or resell the software without authorization.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Defin Azul shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of traffic, revenue, or business opportunities.
- Data loss resulting from plugin conflicts or server issues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new purchases. After 14 days, all sales (including Founding Member licenses) are final and non-refundable.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sonora, Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiations or, failing that, in the courts of Hermosillo, Sonora.
